What you get:

1. Hardware:
   We will troubleshoot your computer to determine if there are any hardware problems that need to be addressed.
    
2. Software:
   Based on the problems reported we will repair any issues you have with your software or the operating system.
    
3. Virus:
   We will scan your computer with the virus software you have installed.  If you don't have any virus protection, we will notify you.
    
4. Browser Hijacking:
   We will detect any hijacking software on your PC and remove it.
    
5. Spyware Removal:
   Detect Spyware on your PC and remove it.

NOTE: All software CD’s for your system are required to complete maintenance on the Operating System and any personal software applications you have installed. Additional CD’s for any hardware drivers may also be required. Please have those ready as we may call and request them.
